Machado unsuccessfully attempted to return to Venezuela on three occasions during Rodríguez's trip to the US

Venezuelan opposition leader María Corina Machado reportedly made three unsuccessful attempts to return to Venezuela on September 21. According to reports citing an advisor, the attempts were made from Panama during the same period that Delcy Rodríguez was traveling to the United States.
