Man arrested for pepper spraying cell phone user in movie theater, police say

A man has been arrested after allegedly pepper-spraying a fellow moviegoer who was using a cell phone in a theater, according to police.NBC reports Matthew Ware, 34, of Los Angles, California, is accused of deploying paper spray in a Burbank movie theater. Burbank Police Department investigators said he was upset with another patron who was using their phone during the movie and sprayed them.
