Toronto man charged with first-degree murder in 2002 slaying of Ding Ping Wang TORONTO - Toronto police say a man has been arrested and charged in a 2022 murder after investigators released more surveillance footage of the suspect. Police said they arrested a 39-year-old man from Toronto and charged him with first degree murder.
