Man charged over allegedly making 12,000 phone calls and 'sexual threats'

An Alice Springs man has been arrested and formally charged following an alleged campaign involving approximately 12,000 phone calls targeted at women. According to authorities, the accused engaged in making explicit sexual threats during the course of these communications.

In response to the charges, Northern Territory Police have initiated a public appeal. Investigators are actively encouraging any additional victims who may have been targeted by the man's alleged conduct to come forward and assist with the ongoing investigation.
