Judge sets bail for suspect in Walmart shooting whose husband was killed by police

The melee outside a Walmart on Boulder Highway led to a man being hospitalized and another man being killed by police. A man died after a shooting Monday in New Orleans East. Police are investigating the case as a homicide.
