He initially faced multiple felony charges, though, as of Friday, Miami-Dade court records showed that only a charge of possessing or making equipment to counterfeit drivers licenses remained.Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies said in the Pompano Beach incident, Kudyakov went to the victim’s condominium building and gave a FedEx driver fake identity documents matching the victim’s personal information in order to steal a $7,190 Rolex Datejust watch.Hollywood police took him into custody on grand theft and identity theft charges on Wednesday, records show.He no longer appeared in Broward jail records as of Friday.
