Man shot dead in West Bank terror attack near natural spring, IDF captures shooter

A West Bank terror attack near a natural spring resulted in the fatal shooting of Netanel Shukrun, a father of six from Alei Zahav. The incident occurred as Israelis had gathered to immerse in the spring prior to Yom Kippur. The attacker fired from inside a vehicle before fleeing on foot, and the Israel Defense Forces subsequently captured the shooter.

In a separate incident during the same period, the army reported that a Palestinian attempted to ram soldiers with a vehicle and was shot dead.
