NewzBARBERTON, Ohio — A man walking on railroad tracks Tuesday morning was struck and killed by a train, according to police.Emergency workers were called to the CSX railroad tracks between Waterloo Road and Fairview Avenue just before noon. Police say the man was struck by a southbound train.
