Man taken into custody after medics reportedly held at gunpoint; 2 St. Louis officers hurt in crash while responding

Louis police officer is undergoing surgery Sunday after their SUV collided with another vehicle while responding to a report of medics being held at gunpoint. A man was taken into custody early Sunday after police said he held medics at gunpoint. Two officers were injured in a crash while responding.
