Man who murdered 7-year-old stepson denied parole at first hearing

Johnny Joachim, 55, who was convicted of murdering his seven-year-old stepson, was denied parole at his first hearing before the Parole Board on July 24.

The board determined that Joachim continues to pose an undue risk to the community, resulting in his continued imprisonment.
