Man who tried to sell dead homeowner's Bay Area house faces prison

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- A San Francisco man who prosecutors said tried to sell a Daly City home that wasn’t his after the rightful owner passed away pleaded no contest to five felony charges on Tuesday. Darron Dale Singleton Jr., 42, was convicted of two counts of forgery, filing false documents, identity theft and perjury.
