Nepal needs more than $4.7 billion for reconstruction after the flood, according to its estimates.

Nepal has estimated that it requires $4.74 billion for national reconstruction following the devastating floods that occurred on August 26. The disaster has resulted in a death toll exceeding 1,300, with more than 5,100 people still reported missing.
