Council of the Judiciary defines roadmap for renewing the Supreme Court

The National Council of the Magistracy (CNM) in the Dominican Republic has established the procedural path for the renewal of the Supreme Court of Justice. This process follows the formal announcement by the president of the Supreme Court, Luis Henry Molina, and the court's secretary, judge Nancy Salcedo, that they will not seek reappointment to their positions.

The departure of these two officials initiates a transition period for the country's highest judicial body. The CNM is now tasked with managing the selection process to fill these upcoming vacancies within the Supreme Court of Justice.
