Marina Square mall to close in March 2027 for redevelopment

Marina Square mall is scheduled to close in March 2027 to undergo a major redevelopment project.

The redevelopment plans include the addition of luxury homes, a new hotel, serviced apartments, and office spaces to the existing Marina Square site.

Construction and integration of these new facilities are expected to be completed by 2031.
