Spanish Interior Minister Fernando Grande-Marlaska stated on Tuesday that Spanish intelligence services did not provide any warning regarding an event similar to the mass influx of migrants that occurred in Ceuta.

Addressing the claims directly, Grande-Marlaska denied that intelligence agencies had anticipated anything resembling the scale of the border crossing recorded on July 30.
