On the International Day of Victims of Enforced Disappearances, Chihuahua Governor Maru Campos announced the creation of the State Program for Victims of Disappearance. Through this initiative, the government pledged to support searching mothers in Chihuahua with financial assistance, as well as medical and psychological care, emphasizing that they will not walk alone in their efforts.

This announcement coincided with broader political developments among opposition parties in the region, as the National Action Party (PAN) advanced the appointment of state coordinators for the defense of the Homeland, Family, and Freedom. This parallel strategy aims to strengthen the party's territorial organization and establish a political alternative for upcoming electoral processes.
