At least 504 people have died and nearly 2,400 others have been injured during a month of intensive fighting in Yemen. The casualty figures were officially reported by the World Health Organization (OMS) on Monday.

The armed conflict involves clashes between Houthi rebels and the military forces loyal to Yemen's internationally recognized government.
