Meet Sai Sri Valli Mogilineedi, eighth-grader who designed controlled-release antacid

Sai Sri Valli Mogilineedi, an eighth-grade student from Pennsylvania, has been named a national finalist for her development of a novel drug delivery system. Her project focuses on a controlled-release mechanism designed to extend the duration and effectiveness of antacid medications used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
