Mexican security forces executed a large-scale operation across three states targeting the Gulf Cartel, resulting in the arrest of Jesús Manuel “N”, also known as “El Bebo”.

The suspect is identified as a financial operator for "Los Metros," a faction of the cartel, and was specifically linked to illicit fuel trafficking activities in the region. The operation was spearheaded by the Special Forces of the Secretariat of National Defense (Defensa).
