Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (BPN) Nusron Wahid has announced that the verification process for the Acquisition Duty of Right on Land and Building (BPHTB) will be accelerated to a three-day turnaround. This policy change is being implemented through a newly issued circular letter.

The initiative aims to streamline administrative procedures for land and property transactions. By reducing the verification duration, the ministry seeks to improve efficiency in land registration and public services managed by the BPN.
