Mérida can't handle Michelsen

Spanish tennis player Daniel Mérida was eliminated in the third round of the United States Open on Friday after losing in three sets to American opponent Alex Michelsen.

Michelsen, ranked 46th in the world, defeated the 39th-ranked Mérida with a score of 7-6(5), 6-4, and 6-3. The match lasted two hours and nine minutes.
