Alberto Núñez Feijóo, president of the Partido Popular (PP), has appointed the party's secretary general, Miguel Tellado, as the director of the campaign for the upcoming elections on November 29. The appointment was confirmed by party sources on October 8 in Madrid.

Tellado brings prior experience to the role, having previously directed Feijóo’s two most recent electoral campaigns in Galicia. This appointment marks a continuation of the working relationship between the two officials as the party prepares for the November contest.
