Thousands of Mexicans march to demand a health alert over dirty water in Guadalajara

Thousands of residents from the Guadalajara metropolitan area in western Mexico marched on Sunday to demand that authorities issue a health alert regarding poor water quality.

According to the demonstrators, the water supplied to the area has been visibly dirty and of unacceptable quality for months, prompting public health concerns that led to the protest.
