Roberto Álvarez resigns from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Abinader appoints Ito

Milton Morrison has resigned from his position as director of the National Institute of Transit and Land Transport (Intrant) in the Dominican Republic. His departure takes effect as part of a broader government shakeup under President Luis Abinader.

Unlike officials who were removed or rotated by the executive branch, Morrison is among those who actively chose to abandon the post they previously held within the current administration.
