Minedu confirms 80 complaints of violence, sexual harassment and inappropriate touching at the Liceo Naval school over two years

The Ministry of Education in Peru has confirmed a total of 80 complaints regarding violence, sexual harassment, and inappropriate touching at the Liceo Naval Almirante Guise school over a two-year period. Education Minister José Antonio Chang reported that the cases are divided into two main categories, with 50 incidents occurring between students.

The remaining 30 complaints involve other parties within the educational institution. The disclosure highlights official scrutiny into institutional safety and conduct at the naval school.
