Puente signs an agreement with the IDB to boost transport and infrastructure in Latin America

Spanish Minister of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, Óscar Puente, and Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) President Ilan Goldfajn signed a memorandum of understanding on Tuesday in Miami, United States.
