Man suffers serious head injuries after cement block from Metro 9 work site falls on him

A 23-year-old man sustained severe head injuries after a cement block fell from a Metro bridge. He was standing to answer a phone call when the incident occurred near Akshit Bar. The injured man underwent surgery at Wockhardt Hospital after lying on the road for an hour.

Locals have raised concerns about inadequate safety measures at the construction site. Similar incidents involving falling objects have been reported previously.
