Missouri AG to seek emergency U.S. Supreme Court stay in congressional map case

The Missouri Supreme Court unanimously ruled Thursday that the referendum is valid and that the 2022 congressional districts remain in effect for the November general election unless the 2025 map is later approved by voters. Missouri Attorney General Catherine Hanaway plans to ask the U.S. Supreme Court for an emergency stay after a ruling on the state's congressional map.
