Body of war criminal Mladic returns to Serbia with military honours

The body of convicted war criminal Ratko Mladic arrived in Serbia on Thursday, where it was received with full military honours and a military guard. The casket, draped in the Serbian flag, was transported from The Hague and carried off the plane by six soldiers upon arrival in Belgrade.

The repatriation was accompanied by Mladic's son, Darko, and Serbia's Justice Minister, highlighting official involvement in the reception of the former Bosnian Serb military leader.
