Moeve y Galp ponen fin a sus negociaciones para crear un 'campeón energético' ibérico

Moeve and the Portuguese company Galp have officially terminated negotiations regarding a potential merger of their downstream operations. The proposed deal aimed to combine the two companies' refining, distribution, and service station businesses to establish a major energy entity within the Iberian Peninsula.
