Morning clouds give way to afternoon sun breaks in Portland on Sunday

(KOIN) -- Morning clouds are set to hang over the Portland area on Sunday before more sun breaks arrive in the afternoon, with relatively average daytime highs. Then, heading into the workweek, Portland will see a slight increase in our daytime highs with more seasonable highs in the low to mid 80s.
