Much-loved cat found sleeping on stranger’s bed after community-wide search

Steps, a much-loved cat belonging to Tauranga Hospital, has been found safe and sound following a community-wide search. The feline was located after having apparently sneaked through a stranger's microchip-activated cat door.

Once inside the stranger's home, the cat made himself comfortable and was discovered sleeping on the resident's bed, concluding the local search efforts successfully.
