Dominican mother stabbed to death in the Bronx

Josefa Soto de Guzmán, a 57-year-old Dominican mother, was found dead inside her apartment located in El Bronx. Court documents indicate that she died from stab wounds.

According to the same judicial records, investigators have identified her 33-year-old son, Bob Johnny Guzmán Soto, as the person who allegedly stabbed and killed her.
