Artists in Gaza have painted a mural of US rapper Macklemore wrapped in a Palestinian flag on a large slab of concrete within the ruins of Gaza City.

The artwork was created following reports that Macklemore was removed from Ed Sheeran's upcoming tour after publicly calling for a "Free Palestine".
