A one-year-old child died in Kentucky after suffocating on a diaper. Judicial investigators determined that the infant ingested a portion of a diaper contaminated with feces while under the supervision of his mother's boyfriend.

Following the incident, authorities have charged the mother's boyfriend with murder. The child's mother has also been charged with child abuse in connection with the case.
