Nagdhunga road tunnel opens to private vehicles

Trial operations for the Nagdhunga road tunnel officially began on Monday, marking a significant milestone as the infrastructure opened to private vehicles.

During the trial phase, access to the tunnel is restricted to specific vehicle types, namely cars, jeeps, and vans. Motorists are permitted to use the route daily between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm.
