NCDC strengthens Youth Rugby League pathway through partnership with Trinity Bay​

The National Capital District Commission (NCDC) has reinforced its ongoing partnership with Cairns-based Trinity Bay State High School to strengthen youth rugby league pathways in Papua New Guinea.

The initiative is part of the NCDC's broader strategy to utilize sports as a primary vehicle for youth development and to create structured elite career pathways for young athletes.
