Neighbor hears alarm for hours before devastating discovery inside Utah apartment

A tragedy in northern Utah is under investigation after five relatives, including four children, were found dead inside an apartment where carbon monoxide levels were reported to be extremely high. Authorities are still working to determine exactly what happened and whether the deaths were accidental, KUTV reported.
