Authorities in Nepal have raised the number of located Spanish nationals to two following a violent and massive river flood that has resulted in a confirmed death toll of 633 people. The update was provided by the Nepal Tourism Board, which noted that one Spanish citizen from the initial group of three missing remains unaccounted for.

In addition to the hundreds of fatalities, the disaster has left nearly 3,000 individuals still missing across Nepal and the neighboring Tibet region. Rescue and recovery operations continue as officials struggle to locate the vast number of people whose whereabouts remain unknown following the severe flooding.
