Nepal flash floods : Death toll rises to 1344 , says Nepal Police

Flash floods in Nepal have resulted in a death toll of 1,344 individuals, according to official data released by the Nepal Police. The ongoing disaster has prompted recovery efforts across the affected regions as authorities work to manage the aftermath of the flooding events.

Of the total fatalities reported, 843 bodies have been successfully recovered by search and rescue teams. The recovered victims include 758 adults and 85 children. Authorities continue to monitor the situation as the recovery process remains underway.
