New detail emerges after 5-year-old Saylor Hayes was found dead

The autopsy of Saylor Hayes, a 5-year-old girl with autism who was found dead in South Carolina after going missing during a family vacation, found fluid in her lungs, but officials say they still do not know exactly how she died, WMBF reported.
