New Mungwi Council Chairperson urged to be impartial

Northern Province Acting Permanent Secretary Beauty Undi-Phiri has formally called upon the newly elected Mungwi Town Council Chairperson, Henry Mumba, to maintain impartiality in his new role. The directive was issued during an official engagement in Mungwi, Zambia, where Undi-Phiri emphasized the necessity of prioritizing public interests over partisan or personal agendas.

Undi-Phiri further instructed the council to concentrate on enhancing service delivery throughout the district. The guidance centered on the importance of prudent resource utilization to ensure that the immediate needs of the local communities are effectively addressed under Mumba’s leadership.
