Nick Kyrgios has been cleared to return to professional tennis by the International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA). The decision follows a positive test for cocaine registered by the player in June.

The ITIA determined that the positive drug test corresponded to out-of-competition consumption, which allowed Kyrgios to successfully overturn his provisional suspension and regain eligibility to play.
