Peruvian writer Janice Ferrand Seminario has presented her third published book, a children's story titled “Nico y las bolitas de arena”. The early childhood book is designed to address themes of exclusion, empathy, school violence, and children's right to belong.

Aimed at young audiences, the narrative uses the story of Nico to raise fundamental questions regarding asombro (wonder), exclusion, and interpersonal dynamics within educational and social environments.
