A one-year-old girl is in critical condition following a gas tank explosion that occurred on Sunday night in San Francisco de Macorís. The child sustained severe injuries during the incident and is currently receiving specialized care at the Doctora Thelma Rosario Burn Unit for Children in Santiago.
