Nino Dólar ran over and dragged victims after violating a red light

Carlos José Troche Rodríguez, widely known as “Nino Dólar,” has been implicated in a serious traffic incident in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. According to the Ministerio Público, the suspect ran a red light at the intersection of Abraham Lincoln and Independencia avenues, resulting in a collision with a motorcycle carrying three people, two of whom were subsequently run over and dragged by the vehicle.

The public prosecutor's office has formally laid charges against Troche Rodríguez following the collision. The case has drawn local attention regarding traffic violations and reckless driving standards at major urban intersections in the capital.
