Nkulukusa stresses proper utilisation of public funds

Secretary to the Treasury Felix Nkulukusa has stressed the need for the proper management and utilisation of public funds. The emphasis was placed on maximizing limited available resources to fund programmes that generate the most significant impact on citizens' lives.

The remarks were made during the official opening of the 2027/2029 Medium Term Budget Plan and the 2027 Budget process.
