A police constable in Siwan has been suspended following an incident during student protests. Constable Abhishek Kumar fired an AK-47 rifle into the air without authorization. The administration confirmed the firing was unauthorized and inappropriate during the commotion.
Three individuals sustained bullet injuries at separate locations away from the firing site. Further investigations are currently underway regarding the incident and injuries.
