North Korea advises citizens to eat dog meat to beat the summer heat

North Korean state media has recommended dog meat soup to citizens as a way to cope with record-high summer temperatures gripping the Korean peninsula. The ruling Workers' Party newspaper, Rodong Sinmun, published the recommendation.
