A new tropical wave will approach this Thursday

The Instituto Dominicano de Meteorología (Indomet) has announced that a new tropical wave is expected to approach the Dominican Republic this Thursday. This weather system will coincide with a strengthening trough, which is forecast to produce rainfall of varying intensity across several regions of the country.

Meteorological projections indicate that the precipitation will be most frequent in the province of La Vega. The combination of these two weather phenomena is expected to impact local conditions throughout the day.
